Oscars 2013: Best Supporting Actress, Who Should Win?

This year there is no race for Best Supporting Actress, because the Oscar already has Anne Hathaway's name on it. But lets take a look at who else is nominated this year anyway.

Here is the list of losers and Anne Hathaway...

Amy Adams in "The Master"

Sally Field in "Lincoln"

Anne Hathaway in "Les Misérables"

Helen Hunt in "The Sessions"

Jacki Weaver in "Silver Linings Playbook"

Who will win? Anne Hathaway in "Les Misérables"

If Les Misérables had maintained the brilliance of its first half, it would win Best Picture but unfortunately, Anne Hathaway isn't in that half much. Her performance is stunning and she steals the film completely, giving one of the most honest and emotional raw performance in years. If she doesn't win the Oscar, it will be because the world has ended.

See above.

Who should have been nominated? Nicole Kidman in "The Paperboy"

Although Lee Daniels Paperboy was panned by the critics, one thing everyone agreed on was Kidman's performance, which was a daring bold move away from what audience are used to seeing her play, and after picking up a Golden Globe and Sag nomination should have been rewarded with an Oscar nomination as well.

What do think of the choices I've made? Do you agree wholeheartedly or do you disagree angrily? Feel free to let me know, comment, like, share and follow, thanks.
