I’ll let you into a secret...unlike David, I don’t like Stephen King books. Too long, too descriptive, I’m all about pace. However, after receiving the doorstop 22.11.63 for my birthday and rave reviews from David I promised to give it a go. And he was right – you don’t have to be a King fan to enjoy it. It has everything; time travel, clever references to a particular clown that spent years terrorising my teenage dreams, the concept of changing the course of history, fantastic characters and even love. If like me, you are put off King by the countless pages don’t be. If I could I would still be reading it now.
and by sometimes, I assume you mean always :)
